Where on earth did we manage to come up with the name Vegetarian Option?

Here’s an excerpt from that faithful MSN conversation where this whole idea was born…

• Manda: We could name it something to do with chicken… but not everybody likes chicken.
• Alice: Chickendoodles? Chickennoodles? Chickeninbloom? I have a big chicken obsession, it’s worrying!
• Manda: Are we going to offer two names, a chicken one and a vegetarian option?
• Alice: OMG YES. WE COULD OFFER A VEGETARIAN OPTION! It’s like a story!
• Manda: Yeah I like that!!
• Alice: Weeeeeeeeee we are the vegetarian options!

And that, my friends, is how the name Vegetarian Option came about.
